The Resignation of Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs

In a surprising move, Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, has tendered his resignation, as announced by Ukrainian Parliament Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk.
