There seems to be a lack of a complete voter registration form on the website, leaving some users puzzled about the process.
A spokeswoman for the Michigan secretary of state’s office expressed concerns about the transparency of the America PAC’s activities. She emphasized the importance of citizens being aware of how their personal information is being utilized by political action committees. The Department is currently investigating the PAC’s actions to determine if they are compliant with state laws and will refer any potential violations to the Michigan Attorney General’s office.
Despite claims that the America PAC aims to assist individuals in registering to vote, the functionality of its website has come into question. Reports have indicated that links on the site may have been working correctly at some point but are currently malfunctioning. The PAC is reportedly working on launching a new website in the near future, possibly to address these technical issues.

Barbara McQuade, a former U.S. attorney, stated that she was not aware of any laws being broken by the PAC. On the other hand, Mary Massaron, a law firm partner, raised concerns about the PAC’s failure to provide adequate registration information but did not definitively assert any legal violations.
